By using the Bondroot app (“the app”, “we”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service

Bondroot is a mobile application that helps you track life events related to people you care about, schedule check‑ins, and receive suggested messages. The service is provided “as is”, subject to availability and technical limitations.

2. Account and responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• The data you enter (names, events, reminders) is your responsibility. You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The app, its code, design, and related brands remain the property of the publisher. You are granted a non‑exclusive license to use the app for personal, lawful use in accordance with the service.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or decisions taken based on the reminders or suggestions provided by the app. Suggested messages are generated by an automated system and must always be reviewed and adapted by the user.

5. Changes and termination

We may change the service or these Terms. In case of a material change, we will inform you (for example via the app or by email). You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where the publisher is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
