By using the Bondroot app ("the app", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
Bondroot is a mobile application that helps you track life events related to people you care about, schedule check‑ins, and receive suggested messages. The service is provided "as is", subject to availability and technical limitations.
Bondroot offers a free plan and a paid Premium subscription. The Premium subscription is purchased and managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play depending on your platform. Billing, automatic renewal, and refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's respective policies — please refer to their terms for any refund request.
Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings; Premium access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
The app, its code, design, and related brands remain the property of the publisher. You are granted a non‑exclusive license to use the app for personal, lawful use in accordance with the service.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or decisions taken based on the reminders or suggestions provided by the app. Suggested messages are generated by an automated system and must always be reviewed and adapted by the user before sending.
We may change the service or these Terms. In case of a material change, we will inform you (for example via the app or by email). You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account results in the immediate and permanent deletion of all your data.
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
